Love the movie but this copy is the worst!

I have a copy in dvd and wanted the one with the extra footage and in Blu-ray. Purchased this on Nov 5 and it was delivered a little over a week later. Decided to watch it with company during Christmas time (Dec. 24). Nothing but problems with this dvd set: Color fades in and out and at one point the screen picture freezes with sound (dialogue ongoing) and a printed message appears stating there is no scene for this part of the movie. Only watched about 15 minutes' worth and shut it off!

Was looking for the Kentucky Woman that was not a "Live" version and heard it on this CD from iTunes along with other songs. I have 4 other CDs of Neil Diamond and this is one of the top 2.
