  Not as described. Not in VGC! I’ve had to pay out to bring them up to the standard needed for my bike. One of footrests was damaged and had lost its captive ball bearing. It had been tie wrapped to the hanger and the powder coating was damaged. In fairness the seller offered a refund if I sent them back (hence neutral feedback), however, I needed them and it’s inconvenient to repost. I asked for a partial refund ( not even covering my outlay, which I considered fair. Seller not interested!
