  The item was described as new. When asked additionally whether the item was new, the seller confirmed again that they were new and only being tested for functionality. The item arrived not only with heavy signs of wear but also defective. After my complaints he offered me a replacement. I did not agree because I was sure I would receive an used item in bad condition again. The seller suddenly stopped responding to my refund and only thanks to Ebay I got my money back. Never again!
