    I had an issue with the description on a mastervolt remote control for my inverter/charger. Because the details about model numbers it will fit were left off the description and because of my ignorance on series names IT WON'T FIT MY MODEL. I was to try EBAY'S RETURN policy with no offer the make a concession. They don't do returns...... I don't feel valued as a customer, They are frank and not friendly. It was installed , so i need to patch my RV WALL. BUY WHERE YOU CAN RETURN!!

    Item photos and description were accurate and represented the item for sale. Buyer made no inquiries for more information nor to confirm compatibility with his system prior to purchasing. Buyer was offered a partial refund in good faith with no response. Buyer entered negative feedback while we were still attempting to resolve the situation.
