Great stuff!
This is exactly what they use in the dentist office, but they accelerate the process and charge a lot! I use it mainly to keep my teeth cleaner and whiter, because using it forces me to clean better. I make the effort once a week to provide extra time with good dental hygiene and allow this whitener an hour to clean. Some people will be more sensitive than others.
