Smooth!
Easy install with simple tool and bearings are smooth as silk. Recommend Loctite #609 to apply to cups and frame prior to install, this will insure a non-slip fit and let cure for 24 hours before use. They went in a carbon Cannondale Evo frame and this is what Cannondale recommends using for Loctite, another alternative is Loctite #480 recommended by FSA.
