The 'Max Headroom' Cat

I bought it for my ageing and ailing mother who has always loved cats and has owned one since the 1930's.
It arrived quickly enough and I left good feedback.
But once switched on it grates like an old car with faulty gears.
It's neck goes into a loud clicking repeat mode like the 1980's TV character 'Max Headroom'.
Having bought it from the USA, returning it becomes problematical and expensive.
It is an expensive piece of junk.
I could only recommend it to people who like to throw good money out to bad and want to waste the time of people for whom time is running out.
'Joy To All' is not an advertising statement the product should be displaying on it's packaging.
