Disappointing
0 of 1 found this helpful I was looking for a good quality eyeliner that would stay on all day. This was not it. It comes off any time my eyes water. I have to go over it a couple times for it to look right and the tip is already fraying. I spent about $18 and it's not much better than the $2 one I get from Elf.
