Meal replacement
1 of 1 found this helpful I first bought this for my husband after her surgery, because he couldn't eat solid foods.
He didn't consume much of it , so I tried , and I liked the flavor and the feeling after drinking it .
it will make you feel full and comfortable. I started making my smoothie every night instead of dinner , because I suffer from acid reflux and anything I eat at dinner will make me feel full for a long time and I can go to sleep for hours.
now , I have a smoothie every night and feel light and I can sleep at my normal schedule, and I don't have the feeling of been so full for long time .
this product is really good it has all the vegetables that I won't consume in a normal day cooking on a regular basis because of my long days of work.
