An essential basic reader for every Christian
Kudos to the authors for packing such a wide spectrum of history into such concise biographies. This book will provide any reader with a much deeper appreciation of how the Christian faith arrived at the point it is today. Perspective is an extremely critical thing to have. This book will transform the perspective of even the most nominal Christian into one that will challenge their heart to greater dedication to the plan and purpose of God in their individual lives. The title of the book says it all. Everyone should know their spiritual history.

Got it going again.
Just what I needed to repair my spark plug wire that got melted on the exhaust pipe.

A stitch in time saves nine.
1 of 1 found this helpful A great book to be placed on the coffee table or in the church library. It is profound in it's simplicity and the benefit it supplies the reader in dealing with the most universal of life's experiences - death. A quick read that makes the point via the voices of those who have been through the fire of grief. This book is a great conversation starter which is what those that are grieving, will be grieving, or need to grieve all need. It is a primer for an important part of each of our lives - sharing our human mortality in a redemptive manner.
I bought it for my work as a grief counsellor, hospice worker, and pastor. It will serve as a effective tool in counselling and coaching.
Thanks to Lynn Kelly for sharing her painful experience with all of us to help us all heal better.
