  Seller was fairly prompt and responsive during entire interaction. The original item received was far from what was described, I reached out to seller and informed them, they did not hesitate to send a replacement out and provide return shipping. They did not give reason but i can assume it happened to be just a mix up. I would purchase again from seller.

  Ordered on 5/29 for $137.13. Received on 6/4, and it was not the correct part. I contacted them, and they offered to send a refund or ship the correct item, but it would take 2-4 days to ship. I agreed, paid to ship the wrong one back for $16, even though it was not my error. They told me on 6/9 that they would send me updated shipping when the part was shipped. That was the last correspondence with them. They refuse to answer my emails now. They got their part back on 6/16, and I have nothing.

  When I received my package I immediately opened it due to it being late for delivery. Once I opened it, I found out that it was not a electronic powered steering rack instead, it was a hydraulic power steering rack that I cannot use. I contacted the seller to try to get the right part like described, but the seller could not help. He still has not reached back out. I have done a return service and still have been waiting for my return money.
