Supplements (Pros & Cons)
1 of 2 found this helpful When you feel healthy and want to continue doing so, you consider taking a supplement-vitamin. Taking this supplement for many months, I feel the same as before, maybe they help, but who really knows. If I had not been taking them, would I feel worse, who knows. If this product doesn't work it makes my mind feel better because I am.
If this product were advertised to make my gray hair brown again, then I could say it works - it does not claim that. It's just a dietary supplement that I'll continue to take.
