Great product
Well designed and performs excellent. Great sear marks. Helps to cook down the fat, seal in the juices after slow smoking.

GMG 4023 FIT my Traeger pro 22
Works great. Simple. Well made. Surprised it was Stainless steel. Fit my Traeger Pro 22 like a glove. Absolutely no modifications. High setting (450°) preheating produces 775° at the back of the dome in 30 minutes. Pizza cooks in 3-5 minutes depending on topping amount. Practicing proper peel use will be the only challenge with any oven. I practiced with a towel to get pizza delivery on target. There is no substitute for the flavor and crispness of a wood fire cooked pizza.

Excellent right out of the box !
It's great when a product works as described and as you would expect. I all the years I've used oxy/acet, mig and stick, I've never used a plasma cutter. This product makes you look like an expert. Easy set up and adjustment. Just as easy as writing with a Sharpie. I was thankful and in awe at the performance, cleanliness and lack of extreme heat. I'm impressed. Hopefully the longevity matches the initial performance.
