Good, not great
From deciding you want a coffee, rinsing the machine out (if you haven't already cleaned it from last time you used it) filling it up, and setting it to brew takes about 2 to 3 mins, and then its about another 7 mins before your coffee is ready, so there's a fair bit of a time delay between wanting and getting. That is of course unless you've set the timer the night before, which is the main reason I bought this, and a great way to wake up to fresh coffee. I am using the same beans I've used with other machines though and yet with this one, I can't help but get what seems like a bit of a plastic-y aroma from my freshly brewed coffee. The fact this machine makes a maximum of two coffees at a time and has a hot plate which stays on for only 30 mins is a bit odd to me. It's either suggesting that you make coffee for two people at once, in which case there is no point in the hotplate, or it is suggesting you should drink two cups of coffee within 30 mins. Maybe it's just me, but I like to space my coffees out a little more than that usually. From this particular vendor, the coffee machine comes pre-owned I assume, as it was clearly not 100% clean - although very close, and the measuring spoon was missing from it which was a shame, as I still don't know for sure what 7g of coffee beans is supposed to look like. The only other thing about this product that I think it's worth mentioning, is that personally, I'd prefer it to grind the beans for a little while longer for a stronger taste. There always seems to be a few unground beans sat on top of the rest when I come to empty it, and although that should maybe suggest I'm putting to much in, the level is below the MAX line, and personally I wouldn't want my coffee any weaker than this machine already makes it. In summary, to wake up to a freshly group cup of coffee in the morning at a decent price, this machine is good
