No key, no rationales leads to doubt
The content is good. I would not recommend the book, unless you already have the answer key. Because, even if you have the text book that goes with it, there will always be a doubt in your mind. Do I have the right answer. Doubt will ruin you in nursing school. Plus, no rationale goes with no key. Find one that’s newer, that you can still get a key or a text for easily

Covers the topics, easy to read
It’s focused on the things you cover in Med-Surg. Surprising amount of detail in an easy to read format. There are a few typos that can throw you off. Easy enough to spot them, if you are in a program. If you’re not in a nursing program, you’ll never notice the minor inconsistencies.
