I only take (2) a day but Ankle pain has gone away!
I only take (2) a day but I take so many other supplements daily (around 15 AM and 15 PM) that I feel 2 of these should be sufficient. I was having ankle issues but after these to my daily regimen along with Calcium supplements. My ankle is no longer soar and painful. So its either these or the calcium. I tend to think these as my family member takes these and recommended them to me.
