Cold
Keeps the fluid cold. I use it on a golf cart - outdoors - hot - in the sun. Always a cold drink. Better insulation by a bit than the equivalent Hydro Flask. I did an indoor test of the two, and better yet, it proved out in actual use

Will not light
Works fine for a couple of months, then WILL NOT LIGHT. I've sent it back under lifetime warranty numerous times. Always the same. It will not light after a few months

Four weeks later - no discrenable diffe...
Four weeks later - no discrenable difference whatsoever. Used before sleep, used morning. I think good hydration is more impactful on puffy eyes. This stuff, not at all
