Not Worth the Money
Must have been translated from another language. Some of the recipes don't make much sense, 12 scoops of Stevia??

4 of 4 found this helpful 1st Time ever writing a review but this book is not worth the money!! Recipes are not organized, scrambled eggs 1st and 2nd to the last recipes. One recipe has 5 eggs as 1 serving? another 3 tsps raw chicken cut into 6 to 8 pieces? .75 oz turkey as a serving? 1/2 tsp egg yoke, what do you do with rest of it? hamburger on a stick uses 1 oz hamburger 1 tsp fresh tomato 1/2 tsp lettuce, 1 serving? And uses some ingredients most of us don't have on hand in our kitchens. Very disappointed in this 87 page book!!!!!
