Good product and fine service but lower marks for user information.
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased two sets, one for me and one for wife. We are getting on in years and not the most hip with newer technology. The only drawback to this product obvious to us was the operating instruction info, very small writing and unclear and somewhat incomplete in important detail (like informing one to charge battery before use).
