The larger boards with the heel and toe shift lever is probably a better choice.
It has three positions. Product says not to use it in the forward most position which makes sense as it would not leave room for brake or shift levers. In the rearmost position it interferes with the kick stand. In the center position it makes shifts difficult if you have large feet like me.
