Lightweight, yet very powerful
5 of 5 found this helpful My son-in-law borrowed an electric jack hammer, but it weighed about 70lbs, so being 70 years old and 3 bad disks in my back I was not able to use it. I was apprehensive that this model would be too heavy, or not enough power for my needs to break up some fairly large sandstone rocks (average about 3' diameter). It has worked perfect for me, at about 13kg (aprox 30#) I can handle it, yet it breaks the rock very efficiently. The chisel tip is all I have used, but again, it has been perfect for my application. My only suggestion is that I wish they had included a set of spare brushes with the unit.
