Why do you buy a neck knife?
This knife is a NECK knife. It's not a Rambo knife. You buy a neck knife to wear around your neck and pull out quickly, probably for personal protection. It is small enough to wear comfortably. Do you really want a 10 inch knife around your neck? You can adjust the chain to make it hang at an angle for easy grasping. The blade doesn't have the sharpest edge, but it has a sharp point. If you're looking to protect yourself, the sharp point is what you need. For $10, it's cheap and seems adequate. Don't by this knife thinking you're Crocodile Dundee. It's 6.5 inches long. If you can't imagine how big that is, get a ruler out and figure it out. I bought this with the hope that I will never need to use it. I have a Leatherman Skeleton clipped to my pocket if I really need to cut something.

Perfect fit for 84 XR 350 with Clarke tank. Looks great! Nearly doubled the value of my bike!
