Used VCR Works Great for Cheap
for this particular Item, i have an excellent report. I works perfectly for a used "cheap" VCR. Go JVC.

Great gift
The birthday boy loves em.... nice flexibility to use bluetooth or wired... excellent that wire is a removable plug in... and the volume and bass cant be beat... If you wanna hear the beat inside your head... these will deliver.... I also saw them listed in a top ten list, as number 6... and that my friends is good enough for me.
Very happy with this gift purchase for someone who wanted regulation sized headphones that deliver the bass. The giftee is also very happy.... Go Bluedio.

Excellent low cost option for internet and social networking for a student.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great litttle computer. I decided to by the HP name than some lesser known brands. Especially since I bought it for a 10 year old. The built in camera is a big plus, since a part of our family lives abroad.
Most netbooks seem to have Windows 7 at the starter level, I opted to get a unit with Windows 7 Ultimate, mostly because I read so many complaints how the starter version doesnt allow you to change the desktop pic, I felt personalization would be too important for a young user. Plus that desktop pic restriction thing seems so pathetic on Micro Soft's part for $80. bucks. Its almost blackmail, as they know the desktop pic is an important part of personalization.
Right out of the box, everything works like a charm, windows updated a couple of times at shutdown, Wireless connection with built in wifi was a no brainer and internet surfing was fast. As a Mac user, i had a little trouble with the touch pad and keyboard, but our little girl will no doubt make the adjustments required, to surf, use Skype and social networking.
Windows 7 seems to be a lot leaner (ie: better) than some of their past versions, everything was pretty responsive. Start up was very quick, a surprise for me since my past Windows experiences are pretty negative.
i have no doubt this netbook was a very affordable option @ under 300.00, since I would never buy a 1200.00 macintosh, for a ten year old. P.S. she's only getting this nice birthday gift because she is a straight A student. (unlike her brother)
