They were in the described condition. (still sealed with slightly damaged boxes - in fact quite good condition for 'slight damage') The seller packaged them very securely which always pleases me, and even included free: A collectible urshifu box from an elite trainer box, a holographic groudon card, in a urshifu sleeve, protected with a stiff sleeve. and a goku as a pikachu sticker.
