Great little wrench

Acceptable Alternative
I was tired of buying all the filters for my Chemex coffee maker and I was also tired of the preparation needed to use them. I have owned similar filters for different coffee brewing machines and liked them so I figured I'd take a shot and pick one up.
It's super easy to use and clean and the fit is perfect for my particular coffee maker model. Brewing, or I should say dripping, is noticeably slower with this than the paper filters but not so much that it feels like a big negative.
The single downside is one I'd thought might be inevitable before I purchased it, it does leave soot in the bottom where as the paper filters leave none.
One of the main reasons I switched from a French Press to a Chemex system was to be able to brew and pour a completely soot free cup of coffee but for the conveniences this reusable filter provides, I still feel it's worth it overall.

So good so far
The reason I only gave this product 3 stars is because I've only been using it for a few days and felt there hasn't been enough info gathered yet to place a stronger rating.
I can say that after suffering with skin issues for many years, I have seen positive results in this very short time of use and I feel it might be the answer I've been looking for. I will keep using it while hoping for the best.
I was worried that it would be too harsh for my somewhat sensitive skin and would wind up causing more problems but it's surprisingly gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft and healthy.
