Sony FD Trinitron KD-36XS955 36" TV

I have Purchased THREE of these Sonys...each one has been stellar! I originally wanted the 40 inch KV-40 XBR 800 but that requires a separate HD tuner and has had "Green Glob" TV tube problems. Sony has regretably, ceased production on this model and now only produces a 34 inch Tube "Widescreen" model- Not bad, but,that kind of set produces "Sqatty" images when NOT displaying a wide-screen format.(And there is ALOT of the old format still around.) The beauty of the KD-36XS955 is that is can shift from BOTH formats with ease! The HD picture is spectacular; better than any Plasma or LCD. It can produce the TRUE BLACKS that only a tube can produce.I bought THREE because 1.) Ease of Operation, 2) Great Picture, 3)Dependability of the American made Sony (I USED to swear by Zenith, but now they are Korean)4) They aren't making them any more! It is a heavy set, but no pain, no gain! So that is all I can say about that!

SPICE WORLD (Says it ALL)

I should have gotten this DVD YEARS AGO-I did get their ISTANBUL concert on VHS. The product was as advertised maybe even BETTER- A new copy was over $80 so I was glad to get mine for $30- A great value for the ONLY MOVIE made by the BIGGEST SELLING FEMALE GROUP in HISTORY (Second only to the BEATLES) GIRL POWER in it's MIGHTY GLORY!

Black and Decker make Good Coffeemakers!

I have had a similar Black and Decker Coffeemaker for years-but when it went out after YEARS of good service, I first tried to replace the heating element-but I could not get the parts; so a new replacement one was the only option. I am very happy with this model. FIVE CUPS (OR THREE BIG MUGS) is what YOU NEED! This model coffeemaker is better quality than a Mr. Coffee, for example. What you would expect from a TOOL MAKER.
