Im pretty sure its working because I do feel my pants looser and to prove that I bought a new pair of pants same place same brand same price when I tried it on it was loose. Family has notice. I think what really helps is that it cuts hunger and craves so the more less you eat the more you loose and go to the gym for even faster results.. the reason why I took half a star was because of the teaste it's not that bad but when you put it in you mouth it taste like mustard. Note it just when you put it in your mouth your not going to be teasting it the hole day not even for a minute
