Solid Product at a Good Price

I purchased this product to replace the cheap one that was originally included with my roof vent system. It fit perfectly and after experimenting with speeds got it working better than the original. Seller shipped fast and package it fairly well. You could tell this was from a lot of motors and wasn't handle very well. But the motor is industry grade and could take a beating during shipment. Overall very happy and hope that it lasts longer than two years like the original.

Using On My Motorcycle

I am using this on my motorcycle for safety purposes. My speedometer is located on the fuel tank of my motorcycle and is hard to look glance at to see my speed. So I decided to try this device to see if I could monitor my speed without having loss perspective of the road and vehicles around me. I mounted this device in behind my wind screen where it is very easy to see with a glance. The display shows up nicely even in the brightest light and even wearing sunglasses. It's indicated speed is about 3 MPH different than the motorcycles speedometer. The device comes with instructions in Chinese and I had to message the seller for an English version of them. The seller promptly provided me with the information I needed to program the device for normal viewing and MPH. The devices English information document indicated that it would work with 5VDC to 12VDC using 120 milliamps. But, I decided to install a 5VDC regulator to power the device since the voltage of my motorcycle when running goes as high as 14.5VDC.

Range Doesn't Live Up to Manufacturer Claims

Recently purchased this device for my home media system. Setup was easy. However, I found out that range of device was about 2 feet and not the 15 to 20 feet listed by the manufacturer.
