Does not appear to be genuine Bernina product
This does not appear to be a Genuine Bernina product. There is no number engraved on the foot, and Bernina does not appear on any of the packaging. It does not allow the lever that holds it on the machine to fully engage. The screw that holds on the center pin (to make thread shanks) has very little depth and so barely holds in place. Just does not look or feel like Bernina quality.
It can be made to work if you continually adjust the lever to hold it in place, and if you don't want the thread shank you fully remove the center pin - can be loosened and shifted out of the way.

Not quite what I was expecting
While it says it is bezel-less, and one would expect that there would still be a thin frame around the edge, it also displays with a black band around the screen itself. This band blocks a portion of the image and there seems to be no way to move the image out from behind this band. For most people it is probably not an issue, but I am using it to view spreadsheets and it obliterates, for example, the first number in the row numbers on the left side, and the last number in the cells on the right.
I do not have this problem with my other monitor that is not bezel-less.

No longer easy to use
I have been using this brand for over 10 years. If you've never used this particular brand before you might be happy with it. It USED to have the hours written as 8:00, 9:00 etc in bold. The 1/4 and 1/2 hours were written as 8:14, 8:30 etc. not in bold. Made it very easy to find the times. It is now written as 8,9,10 etc. NOT in bold, and then the 1/4 and 1/2 hours as 15,30,45 etc also not in bold. You have to SEARCH for a time when you want it. Will be looking for a new brand next year and have advised the company of that.
