  The item was received in poor condition. One of the canisters was badly scratched. The r/o membrane inlet elbow is broken. The owners manual (badly water damaged) was for a 7 stage; the seller listed the item as a 5 stage. I called the company and they said each system they sell would have a separate owners manual. The item was poorly packaged; not even wrapped. I wouldn't buy a thing from the seller.Buyer beware....every time I tried to communicate with the seller he accused me of being rude
