Excellent Resource for Structure of New Business
The information provided in this book saved me a lot of money and eliminated the headaches which would have hit down the road.
It includes a good comparison of structures for consideration and further discussion.
I assumed that I wanted an LLC for my business. Prior to locking in the purchase, I used this as a "check valve" to make sure that I wasn't missing anything. I consulted with an attorney and switched from an LLC to a Corporate structure immediately.
The information is unbiased and provides good references.

Easy to operate and it works quite well!
Nice, quiet cooler! I just purchased a second one and it is well worth it!
