Did not work out if the box!
Just a fair warning that this product does seem to be a clone. When I went to set mine up, I ran into issues of the scanner not being able to read my cars modules. Ended up opening the scanner and found that pins 7 and 8 were not bridged. You need to solder together pins 7 and 8 for this to read an e46.
It’s relatively easy to do but understand that you’ll need to do it.
Still well worth the savings.
