Good Quality Replacement Handset
The handset is in excellent condition, with one exception. The back plate which holds the batteries in did not click into place. I could not see any broken pieces. Luckily, the plate from the defective phone that I replaced fit fine. Unfortunately, the broken phone was while, while the replacement is black. So, now I have a two-tone phone. That's not a big deal as it is located in an area that is not very visible. It was strange that the black plate worked on the old (white) phone, but not on the "new" black one. The white plate worked fine on both.
That being said, the phone works great!
So, that's why I provided four vice five stars.

Great Product at Fair Price
I purchased this to replace an earlier model which stopped working. This one works as well or better and has more connection options. It was purchased to alleviate possible CTS symptoms; so time will tell.

SO Much Better Than Expected
Very sturdy product. Very comfortable - particularly for people who need an upright bicycle due to specific back conditions where a recumbent is NOT recommended. I really like how the bike does not need to be plugged in to engage the magnetic resistance. It was also very easy to assemble and did not require additional tools not provided with the bike.
The only possible minor issue is that the instrument panel is not backlit; so, operating the bike in a dark room precludes easy viewing of the metrics. But a small flashlight alleviates that problem.
Overall, a great product at a great price and very comfortable to use. I have had name-brand exercise bikes for over 40 years, and this is one of the few that exceeds expectations out of the box. Of note, I had purchased name brands for several thousand dollars and eventually had to return them due to multiple malfunctions. The Pooboo is simple but works.
