Very good value for money
1 of 1 found this helpful I've only been using it for about a month so it's hard to say. The one thing I do notice is my muscle spasms due to my dystonia don't appear to be as bad a they were.
I actually ordered this product due to the composition of it. I have an ieostmy and so keeping minerals and vitamins alike in the body is always a challenge.
I will continue to use this product.
