Cheap but not worth bothering with when you’re sent faulty product.
The item was cheap therefore l did not bother returning. One of the sensors did not work but luckily I needed to replace just the one that was faulty. Not much help if fitting first time.

Comfortable with added massage features
This is a very comfortable chair indeed but, having ordered the cream colour, I feel I have made a big mistake because the cream colour is too yellow looking which in my opinion cheapens it and also the material used is so thin that the dark material underneath makes the cream look a different colour in places. I maybe should have ordered the brown or black which I was going to in the first place but decided cream would suit my room better.

Lightweight with great accessories
I can't believe this is a refurbished item as it looks perfect. It arrived in excellent packaging - it looked brand new !! I already have a corded Animal Dyson but found it too heavy to carry up and down stairs whereas this little beauty is ideal. Can't fault it in any way.
