Must be a healthy thing, even my Heart surgeon recommended me to continue taking it after open heart surgery....

Product works, doesn't cover or color hair if there is Henna remaining in hair from previous treatment!
I think the product did work as advertised, the problem i believe i had was i read if you have some remaining Henna in your hair the product won't cover that and i ended up with some large areas where the product did not cover , so i ended up with uncovered 2 tone effect! May of been my fault!
