Timber Tuff 10" Curved Wood Blade Draw Shave Knife Woodworking Tool, TMB-10DC

I draw, it shaves

I want to start by saying i'm a novice carpenter, but even I was able to pick up this tool and use it effectively in just a few minutes. Seems built well enough, came sharp enough to do the job and i haven't needed to sharpen it yet, but I've only debarked 6 trees so far. Handles came loose pretty quickly but it's easy to tighten up the nuts to fix that. I have no way to comment on the metallurgical properties of the steel, but it seems fine to me, no noticeable cracks or defects. All in all, it does the job it was designed for.
