Great value.
1 of 1 found this helpful Case was a little scruffy, but no great issue. Booted up fine, although I had to search around for a USB keyboard as there are no PS2 sockets on the motherboard. Also had problems getting the wireless mouse to install, but swapping USB sockets finally did the trick. Needed to activate Windows, but this was completed online with no issues. Machine runs just fine, quiet and much faster than my existing win7 machine.
Only downside - no DVD player and I cannot fit my old one without breaking Warranty seal. May do it anyway.
Summary - great value at the price !

Does fit RU11 model
Couldn't confirm that this fitted an RU11 model, but took a chance. It does !!.
Arrived a little bent, but fitted OK. Seems fine. Good value for what is a very old vacuum.
