No explosions is a good thing.
I bought this cause my computer died, so I moved my OP graphics card to my backup computer which the MOBO that couldn't handle the power draw and would surge. I blew out two power boards before I figured that one out. This device has been working since, I play stuff on highest graphics with no problem. My motherboard does make a distressing brown smell, but hey as long as I can play warhammer total war 2 on highest graphics its all good.

it works?
Now I can ignore druggies on public transport like a pro. having to stand there with no headphones while staring at my phone while some drunken dude slurs racial insults at me was not fun at all. Now people just assume I can't interact with them which is just awesome when it comes to public transport the white makes them semi visible so people know I'm wearing headphones.
