softest skin ever!
Just used it tonight and my skin felt so soft immediately afterwards. I'm sure anyone who uses it will be well satisfied. Can't wait to see what more treatments will bring to my skin. I'll be 69 in early April so I am happy not to look my age.

Great for one who likes this kind of humor, or one who wants to encounter it for the first time.
To appreciate this little book, one has to appreciate Vermont humor. If one does, they will appreciate that the kind of humor is reflected by the book itself - a little large for that actual words and photos, but maybe not large enough to actually reflect the gulf between "common sense," and the ability to find "common sense" unless it it put on display in some grand fashion.
The "DownEaster" would probably answer "No" to the three questions above because 1) 'Cause it only reflects a "common sense" that any dern fool should already possess, 2) Won't be of any value to any dern fool if he hasn't got a lick o' sense to begin with, and 3) Don't put much effort into pondering how compelling something is,
Hope this helps to clarify what one can expect from a book like this. It's a great reference and coffee-table book to which one can refer on a day when everything seems to drop to the floor right after you've just picked it up.

Best time ever exercizing!
This set of CDs got me exercising again and I enjoyed myself doing it. I lost 15 lbs. I never liked to exercise before but I'm 69 and need to. The time goes by quickly and Richard is very entertaining. I'm not tired all the time anymore and I love the music!
