  Seller responded to questions in a timely manner. The router is as described and in good condition. However, seller did not take the courtesy to reinstall the operating system. Seller also did not include a console cable for the router, which I need to boot from USB on this device, in order to reinstall the operating system. The packaging was also subpar. The router was in a plastic bag susceptible to static electricity and was packaged in a shoebox with newspaper as padding.
