Works, and Cheaper than oem, The only Problem.....

Works, and Cheaper than OEM. The only problem is that the screw retainer(square piece ) is foam and not harder nylon plastic like the OEM. Mine mushed apart and broke when I was trying to get it to fit in the hole....it was much larger than The OEM one. The square retainer is critical to hold the screw in so it doesn't fall out in the weeds while you are cutting wood.. I used a piece of plastic from a bottle and made one the correct size, its working good now.
