Exactly what I needed
I had previously installed W10. Anyone can download and install it without a license key. However, some functions don't work without a proper license. I didn't want to reinstall W10, I just wanted to "make it legal". This product included a license key that served the purpose. Note that I didn't use the enclosed installation CD, but I'm sure it would provide a fresh install if needed.

Decent but overly complex program, bad manufacturer
1 of 1 found this helpful The product itself is very complete and powerful - and comes with a difficult learning curve. In my case the installation resulted in numerous error warnings. Among them was a warning that I lacked an driver to save reports in PDF format. It turns out that Intuit uses an ancient Windows XML service as a work-around to generating a PDF document.
That brings me to Intuit, which is a company that I have tried to avoid doing business with. They are very demanding. For example, after entering the unique product key for your specific program instance, you MUST register the program using your name, company name, address, email and phone number. Your email is verified by sending you an email demand to verify before the program becomes usable. (So why bother with the product key?)
For this you get a 32-bit program that lacks a true pdf generator. To me, that's cheap - and not a good value.
