  Item was exactly as stated however the seller shipped incorrectly. Seller charged $15.00 for shipping stating it would be shipped through FEDEX . Instead the seller shipped through USPS using a Priority Mail box and paid for the postage using a Pitney Bowes postage machine claiming the weight to be 1oz . I had to pay $4.61 in cash at the counter to receive my package because of the sellers incorrect shipping weight and underpayment of postage . Seller did not respond to my communication attempts
