  iPad was received with password locks on it. Seller didn't have the passwords. Seller accepted the return but forgot to change his address with eBay. I had to wait for the return to be mailed back to me and resend it. I really do not know if eBay forced the refund or the buyer did it after waiting 3/4 weeks of this nonsense. A lot of time wasted. The seller did communicate throughout the process and can be trust to take a return when it is their fault.
