I got a lemon
After the tech installed the motherboard, it worked fine until I wanted to upload photos from a CD. Long story, short - the tech found that the motherboard didn't have a "button" turned on to allow this. He said they usually come ready - so he got it turned on - whatever that means. (I'm not a techie, so I'm not sure what was meant other that it didn't work initially) - so then it worked an hour- then it didn't. It was taken to two techies who came up with the verdict: the motherboard must have been used because it's caused problems - now the computer won't even turn on. Bottom line: I bought a new computer. I'm not saying this place wasn't reputable; it was just probably "one of those things."
