Best workout ever

I did this workout back when it first came out in 2003. I had just had my daughter and was wanting to drop the weight. I went from a size 14 to a size 5 in four months. I did the workout 5-6 x a week. I am wanting to tone up again and went back to what I know will work, with effort and commitment.
