Defective part in kit
1 of 1 found this helpful Carburetor kit (631893A) for S200 Toro snowblower has a bad part in it. The needle fits inside a brass base(seat) that screws into the carb. the needle supplied was identical to my old one. The old brass base had a hole in it 5/64 in. the new brass base supplied had a much bigger hole 9/64 inch.
After I installed the parts you sent the fuel was pouring out of the carb inlet and the machine was barely running and blowing out clouds of smoke. I installed the original needle and seat and it ran fine.
You should check your stock so this problem is corrected immediately.
