  At first I had received a different manual then what was described, I notified the seller and they were very helpful with the error that was made. They shipped the correct manual to me at no charge and were sorry. I would use them again. Packaging was good and the price was fair and both were received in the time frame stated.   The book was packaged with copious paper padding, bubble wrap, and reinforcing cardboard. It didn't stop the local post office from crushing a corner of the slipcase - but that's on them, the seller did a good job. Otherwise, it's exactly as described and pictured, fantastic buy.
