It’s a fairly good circle cutter. I was using it to cut 4” circles out of skateboard deck grip sheet. It was a little difficult but after about cutting 3 circles I got the technique down and it got easier. Basically the thicker the material the harder it gets. The cutting wheel needs to be a little more stable. It was new and did the job.
